Cancellation Policy

Guided Meditation for download purchase:

Once you have purchased either a single or a bundled package of Guided Meditations, there is no refund. Please make sure that you are selecting the right guided meditation or the bundle that you want.

Counseling Sessions:

Once you have scheduled a date and purchased a session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you want to receive a refund. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your money will be refunded to you less a 5% processing fee.

You can postpone your appointment with no penalty if you notify us at least 12 hours before the appointment time.

If you show up late to your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled end time.

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, there will be no refunds and no opportunity to reschedule your appointment.
