Today, I want to share with you my personal journey of transformation and how I became a breathwork facilitator. In the past, I struggled with acute loneliness and anxiety, searching for ways to heal and find inner peace. While many self-help talks and spiritual guides advised me to "love myself first" and "believe in myself," I found it challenging to put these concepts into practice without clear guidance. However, everything changed when I discovered Holotropic Breathwork - a workshop that introduced me to an expanded state of consciousness guided solely by breath and music.
Through this process, I learned to trust my Inner Guidance Intelligence (IGI) and surrender to the breathwork experience, enabling me to tap into the un-manifested realms within myself. The answers I had been seeking in the outside world were, in fact, within me all along. Since that moment, my perspective has expanded, allowing me to see different aspects of myself, my parents, my life, and my reality. With gratitude in my heart, I now move forward to fulfill a life full of love.
For the past three and a half years, I have been leading the personal development program in the NeuroDynamic Breathwork Facilitator Training Course witnessing the incredible transformations of our trainees on their self-discovery journeys which has been truly amazing and rewarding.
